Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping is available at checkout. However, we are not responsible for any additional taxes payable upon entry to the destination. Please check before you purchase what local taxes will need to be paid.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders for ready to wear will be sent out within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually sent on a tracked 24 to 48 hour service.
For custom made costumes, the turnaround time varies, depending on the volume of orders. Please see the banner on the home page for current lead times.
What deposit is required for custom costumes?
Usually, it's 50% of the costume value upon ordering, with the balance being due upon completion and prior to posting out or collection.
What happens once I've placed my order?
For ready to wear, it's just a matter of receiving a tracking number and your costume will be with you soon.
For custom costumes, you will be emailed an agreement stating all the details of your order, including measurements, which needs to be signed and returned. Once we have this back, along with your deposit or payment in full, then we can start working our magic!

Can we try costumes on before purchasing?
Absolutely! This is done on an appointment only basis, please contact us to arrange a suitable time and day. Evening and weekend appointments are available. Please wear base layers for any appointments.
